Who we are
DiCoop (dicoop.com) is operated by Angelsee LLC. This policy explains what we collect when you use dicoop.com and the DiCoop apps, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Details you give us: your name, business name, email, mobile number and application answers.
- Account data: sign-in records and the settings you choose.
- Business data you put into DiCoop apps, such as quotes, jobs and invoices.
- Basic usage data, such as pages visited and device type, to keep the service working.
How we use it
To evaluate your application, run your account, provide support, keep DiCoop secure, and send the messages you agreed to. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messaging
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, DiCoop texts you from (888) 887-8024: verification codes, account notifications and, only if you separately opt in, news. See our SMS terms.
We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers (such as our SMS carrier, Twilio) that deliver our messages. Text STOP to (888) 887-8024 to opt out at any time.
Who we share with
Only service providers that help us run DiCoop (hosting, email, SMS delivery, payments), under contracts that limit their use of your data, or when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can update or delete your account details, unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email, and stop texts by replying STOP. Email contact@dicoop.com to ask for a copy or deletion of your data.
How long we keep it
While your account is open, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, tax or security reasons.
