What we send
Verification codes
One-time codes when you sign in or recover your account.
Account notifications
Alerts, reminders and status updates about your DiCoop account and application.
News, only if you ask
Occasional product news and updates, only if you tick the separate news box.
How you sign up
You get texts only if you enter your mobile number on dicoop.com and tick the SMS box, which is never pre-checked. News texts need their own, separate box. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your account activity. News texts: up to 4 per month. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Opting out and getting help
STOP
Text STOP to (888) 887-8024 at any time and we stop texting you. You'll get one text confirming you've opted out. You can still sign in with your passkey or an email code.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile information stays private
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except the service providers that deliver our messages.

No texts from DiCoop to your customers
DiCoop texts only its own users who opt in. It doesn't text your customers; quotes, invoices and job updates for them go through the DiCoop app and by email.
